One of the biggest challenges Shweta faced was the competitiveness of the market. In addition, the competitors seemed digitally savvy, something she is still learning the ropes about. It has taken her time to become socially active and to have a strong presence on social media and required learning a whole cohort of new skills.
Shweta believes that there is nothing as good as client satisfaction. Since her business started, she has undertaken several orders for wedding gift orders as well as Diwali gifts. She feels ecstatic when she receives messages of appreciation which then often translate into repeat orders.
Apart from work, Shweta enjoys reading and travelling. She has a two-year-old daughter who is the pride and joy of her life.
