The Covid pandemic has turned our lives upside down and shown us the importance of physical and mental health, more than ever. One of the best ways to destress is through yoga and spirituality. Our mompreneur, Nitasha started yoga when she was five years old. She strongly believes that y oga benefits the body and mind to maintain balance and helps us become one with our basic nature. She has also trained as a Kathak dancer and experienced the benefits of being physically flexible as well as developing tremendous patience. In 2007, Nitasha experienced something terrible which changed her world. This event turned her to Buddhism and a study of the Bhagwad Gita . These were life altering experiences for Nitasha and she started her yoga and meditation classes from 2013.
