Shweta Rastogi & FITT FETTLE

                    


It was around six years ago that Shweta was introduced to the world of fitness. She had worked for about 17 years in the corporate sector but somehow fitness and yoga sessions enticed her far more than corporate board meetings! She also wanted to do something that made her happy and would enable her to contribute to society in a significant way. This was when Shweta decided to take the plunge and start a fitness venture of her own. 

Shweta always wanted to be mompreneur. She discovered that taking out time for oneself was always a challenge and she wanted to motivate other moms to take fitness seriously and take out time for their own health.

Shweta launched her venture in 2019 and soon after the pandemic hit the world. This changed the dynamics of fitness. Shweta was used to taking physical classes and shifting to the online mode was not easy. For several months she had no sessions or classes because people weren’t comfortable with online fitness classes. But with consistent efforts, this changed and Shweta started having conversations with societies, play schools and corporates who were looking at fitness sessions online.  Today she is training over 100 ladies and 20 kids through her group online classes.

Shweta always wanted to have a name which resonated with the holistic wellbeing of an individual. Her venture, FITT FETTLE suited this vision of hers. FITT means Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type – the guidelines which she keeps in mind while planning her sessions and FETTLE means condition or shape. Through a comprehensive workout plan, Shweta aims that all her clients remain in a perfect condition for a lifetime.

Shweta is passionate about practising advance asanas and learning new styles of fitness workouts. Through her own practice, she is able to teach new styles and workouts to her clients also. Other than workouts, Shweta loves to watch TV and shopping, which is a perfect stressbuster for her.

Along with being a successful Mompreneur, Shweta is in the process of fulfilling another one of her dreams- of participating in a beauty pageant! Shweta is one of the finalists of Diadem Mrs. India Legacy 2021 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1Zb6fbjbw0).  

She has a son Dhruv who will be entering his teens in August 2021.

                      From the time she completed her fashion course at Parsons, Chitwan knew that designer clothing was the line she wanted to get into. She started with womenswear in 2011 and then ventured into menswear in 2016. Whenever Chitwan visited the fabric markets for men’s fabrics, she would find herself staring at the cute kids’ fabrics and would wish that she could do something in that line.                      Anu had always been inclined towards sketching, drawing and painting since her childhood while her mother was inclined towards clothes and fashion. So, it was no surprise when Anu ended up taking fashion design as a subject in 11 th grade. Anu always had a lot of questions in her mind. What was she here? What was the purpose of her life? What could she do which would be different from the norm? She had a deep desire to prove something to herself.
